This request form replaces the old Bb Course Request Form. Starting with the Spring 2012 semester, not all Bb instructors are required to submit a Bb course request form as they were for past semesters.
You SHOULD complete and submit this form if:
1)
You prefer to combine multiple sections of the same course into a single Bb course site, or
2)
You teach a course that is cross- listed (offered in two or more different academic subject areas) and want to combine multiple sections into a single Bb course site.
You SHOULD NOT submit this form if you prefer to have a separate Bb course site for each course section. Your Spring 2012 Bb course sites have been created and should appear in your Bb course listing.
Lab sections – if you have a lab section associated with a lecture section and the students enrolled in the lab and lecture sections are identical, there is no need to submit this form to merge these types of sections.
